Monday, 1/23:
610, 611, 613B, 614, and 615 - Answer the essential questions for Unit 5.
613A - Look up the word explore. Give a definition and a picture to show what this word means.

Tuesday, 1/24:
610, 613B, 614, and 615 - Write your first Explorer's Journal entry for your project. Introduce yourself and explain why you want to be an explorer.
613A - Make the first dictionary entry for your Explorer's Dictionary. Give the definition for "boat" and make a picture to show what the word is.

Wednesday, 1/25:
611 -  Write your first two Explorer's Journal entries for your project. In the first one, introduce yourself and explain why you want to be an explorer. In the second, explain how problems with land routes cause you to explore by boat.
610, 613B, and 614 - Write your second Explorer's Journal entry for your project. Explain how problems with land routes cause you to explore by boat.
613A - Make the second dictionary entry for your Explorer's Dictionary. Give the definition for "Christopher Columbus" and make a picture to show who he is.

Thursday, 1/26:
